In February 2016 our company has implemented the HACCP plan and applies to all procedures resulting from the application of this system.
HACCP stands Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. This term defines a procedure in companies having to do with food. System is intended to ensure the health safety of the food.
In our company, it is a part of already implemented GMP+ B3 system.
